Ashley is a Guernsey based independent director with 30 years of financial services industry experience.
Ashley recently retired as KPMG’s C.I. Head of Advisory following a move to Guernsey in 2002, having trained and spent his formative career with KPMG in London. He has focused his career helping clients maximise and protect value through a broad range of advisory support including transactional, forensic and restructuring. He has served all types of fund structures, in particular with the listed sector, having led a large number of engagements across capital markets, audit and restructuring.
He has held many formal fund appointments and provided support to a number of boards in various governance related scenarios.
He is a chartered accountant and has an honours degree in Economics from Warwick University – a unique blend of experience leveraged in leading a number of high profile Government engagements.
