Jon is an independent director with over two decades of alternative funds services experience. Jon has accumulated significant M&A experience during his time on client boards over the past 15 years, whilst he has had first-hand experience in both the purchase and sales processes in a private equity environment. In 2017, he personally led the successful acquisition of a fund administration business in a competitive auction process whilst he was also a member of a senior executive committee which negotiated the sale of a global fiduciary business to a European private equity fund manager in the same year. Jon is a fellow of the Association of Certified and Chartered Accountants.
Jon has extensive experience of chairing and sitting on the boards of alternative investment funds including real estate, private equity, venture capital, secondary, fund of fund, debt and other corporate vehicles. He has significant multi-jurisdictional experience including board positions on Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of Man, Cayman and Luxembourg funds. Jon’s expertise and knowledge spans the full client, technical and operational spectrum.
